"I come here almost everyday. But the issue Ive seen to noticed is that they are short staffed. And getting a milwaukee power tools took me 45 mins just to wait for someone to unlock the inventory."

"We went to the garden department this was at 8 am so no one was there. We had to look for someone to ask for some stones we looked at the day before so we knew what we needed. Went to the gardens depot asked employees to help get the stones we need . Very helpful in the beginning. They took like 30 mins to try to find the stones we wanted they had them in stock but they had another color . Now if we tell you what we want and we clearly see it is not there we would not have asked you to look for something that is available. ( clearly in no rush to find what we need. It took 3 employees to help us) 40 mins later we get the stones they drop the pallete on the floor ( didn’t bother to help or assist us as we had to cut open the clear wrap around palettes of stone ) I’m not going to mention ethics groups but clearly we weren’t the one that they wanted to help. After an hour we were able to get the stones we needed . I just hope the next customer get the customer service the store was not that busy in the garden. Sad customer service is horrible!! The lady at the register was nice and polite. Kudos to her even after we couldn’t ring up our stuff so we had to wait in line ."

"One of the worst Home Depots in DFW. Don’t plan on a fast check out, usually one check out open for bulky items, no one is around to help you, or if you find one it comes with a bad attitude."

"It took walking from one end of the store to the other but, thanks to a fellow customer pointing me to the electrical department I found the section I needed. Once there I was able to locate an employee who was very helpful. Thanks to a previous visit and discussion with the same employee I was informed of the many differences in breakers and advised to bring in the item I was replacing as reference. Upon my return visit I found what I needed with the employees help in three attempts."
