"Just both kitchen appliances have been promised to deliver on February 20 then March 3,then March 8, now is March 13 In the mean time I purchase a microwave to match that seat in my garage and I can't return because of 48 hours policy. And a manager is no help will never shop at this store again never"

"This place is so rude, I waited for 30 minutes for help and NO ONE EVER CAME, there were about 4 workers that passed me and never said a word, (I thought one was coming to help), so I went back to customer service and they told me the worker was at lunch, don't get me wrong, I understand that everyone deserves and needs a lunch break but I asked is there anyone else that can help and they all went mute, the supervisor walked to the back office, and didn't say a word... it really shows they are there for a paycheck not to help the customers, THIS PLACE HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO CORPORATE... WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE EVER, HOME DEPOT IT IS, FOR MY REMODELING NEEDS!!!!"

"Will never trust the employees here to place a in store order for me again. Employee claimed they had to cancel my order because it was a Black Friday sale but I had placed the order before they announced they were for sale on Black Friday and they were for sale in store for regular price which we were fine with. On top of that a employee admitted that my items were there but I had to be there early Friday morning. We were the first ones in, and what do we know, one of our items was there but the other one wasn’t. Poor customer service on their end at this location, and management is rude with a unnecessary attitude."

"My favorite place to shop. This store in particular not that greatest customer service no one helps you when you need. As you can see no one was working on this department . I had to grab the phone and page for assistant on aisle 9 and 8 for the blind department. Guess what nobody help me. Very Disappointed. There was this guy with glasses that knowledge me but did not came forward to help instead turn around and left. I was bummed about it."

"A good place for the home improvement needs and a comfortable atmosphere too. Updated July 29, 2021 Today I went to Lowe's Home Improvement in S. Arlington on West Arbrook to buy garage door insulation kids, as there was no stock left on the low shelves. So I had to ask the staff at Lowe's to help me pick up items that were on the very high shelves. The way they work is very slow and slow and doesn't care how long customers have to wait at the store. I understand they have to find forklifts and safety banners but even though I've been waiting for more than twenty minutes they still don't care that the customer has been waiting for a long time. I am very disappointed in the way the staff at this store treat customers. I finally got what I needed but it took too long for those two items. So I rate this two stars for today's service. I hope Lowe's will have a good service and care about customers' time more. Thanks."
