"Mattress keep being delayed on delivery took them 9 days to get it here after 3 dates were cancelled by the store.and they demanded payment for 2 weeks before they would deliver even though we we didnt even have the product. No contact from the store very dissatisfied. Called customer support and was supposed to have a district manager contact us and that never happened."
"Absolutely the worst place you can rent something from so unprofessional so much attitude. Doesn’t know how to schedule a delivery correctly in the system. There’s no type of communication. They say they’ll call you back but never do and have an attitude because I have to call multiple times. If I could give them zero stars, I would do not recommend."
