"I went to 4654 S Cooper, they didn't have the mattress I picked out. They sent me to another store, 3808 S Cooper. They didn't have it. I was sent to a third store, 111 E I20. They had it, but it sounded like they was holding it for someone else. They went on and give it to me, but they wanted me to sign a waiver. I couldn't understand why I had to fill out a wavier of liability when it was in a box, but they wasn't going to give it to me if I didn't. I found out later the waiver is for people who tie a mattress to their car. You need to train your employees better in corporate policies, and to make sure other stores have the product so I'm not driving store to store to store."
