Unfortunately the developers would much prefer their tenants to miserable in truly horrific conditions to continue to screw over medicare when they know this is not a happy location for your residents that regularly mention rat infestation, a endemic drug culture you all have perpetuated, the whole time you are allowing a local, state and national gem to slip away into obstructy. Make a deal with the city. Unless youre prepared for an extremely detailed investigation and audit. Followed by a likely class action suite. Followed by imminent domain where hopefully you won't even get the crack you procure for your residents (allegedly, doubtful still)"
"I use to clean for someone there and they started having problems with bed bugs and now it's a year latter and he is infested they aren't doing anything to get rid of them. He's mental health is not well he can't afford to move. I would not rent an apartment here."
"Current management (Amy) cares a lot about the tenants. She has been cleaning house by involving the local PD in a neighborhood watch and asking for increased patrols. Security is better than it ever has been."
