Candlewood Suites Paducah, an IHG Hotel

"Nice quiet hotel. It's located just off interstate so easy to locate. Checking in and out fast and professional. Room is aged but clean and comfortable. Shower had good pressure, the HVAC worked and was quiet. Elevator worked and had a fun little bounce at the end of the ride. Would and will stay here again. Highly recommend."

"This hotel was a convenient location just off 24 and near several restaurant options. Front desk staff was Very friendly and got us in right away. This is a pet friendly hotel so people were in and out with their four-legged friends, but you definitely couldn't tell in the room if there had been animals in there prior. It was very clean, well arranged, and comfortable, with modern touches to the layout and decor. We got the one room suite, which had a bedroom and closet behind a closing door, keeping it separate from the kitchenette and living area (which had a pull-out sofa and a recliner). Each space had its own air conditioning unit, both of which worked well on both hot and cold settings. Water pressure in the shower was great, and the water stayed hot for us. We stayed for one night to break up a long trip. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a nice experience especially after being ok the road for 14 hours. Hotel was clean and allowed us to bring our boxers with us - the nice front desk lady even gave them welcome cookies. Bed was comfy, pillows were super nice and t free coffee downstairs added bonus. Felt safe there. Would recommend for sure."

"I like to be positive, so will highlight to the fact that the beds were comfortable. However, the toilet made a huge noise when flushing and was plugged. When we arrived, the room door was open, a bit insecure feeling walking in. The stove was filthy—- interior door was likely not locked, as it turned to the left when we secured it. Staff was cordial. Desk person more or less dismissed the items as we left, after bringing up concerns. Overall reviews online were higher than they should have been."

"This location is run down. In our first room the air conditioner was not working correctly. When I called we were quickly moved to another room. The bright spot is the people that work here. They were friendly and tried to help. Our second room had better air conditioners. The rooms were not very clean. Near the air-conditioner there was dirt and dead bugs. There was a towel that had a mascara stain on it and our chair had a stain on the seat. We mentioned this to the check out and they said they would get it steam cleaned. We wanted to see the murals and the quilt museum. The hotel was about 10 minutes away with traffic. It is right off the highway with several other hotels surrounding it."
