"We loved this hotel. Not only were the employees extremely nice and helpful but the rooms were clean, updated and so nice. Breakfast was also amazing. What a wonderful atmosphere they have created to make all guests feel welcome. It was also amazing to be within walking distance of the shopping centers."
"Room was clean bathroom light blinks It says on app pet rate 25.00 per day not per pet, but was charged 50.00 for 2 chihuahuas, so paid 180.00 for room! Way too much for a motel that does not have an elevator, which you don't know til you get there I cant climb steps! Luckily they had a room on main floor! Gotta let us know stuff like that! It was ok but won't be back for sure"
"Typically, we try to stay at Best Western Plus or Premier locations. What a pleasant surprise this location was for us. The hotel was impeccably clean and appears to have been pretty recently updated. The floors are laminate throughout most areas except the bathroom, which had tile. The room had the best sitting sofa we have had on our 30-day trip so far. The bed was very comfortable and had a blanket instead of one of those very heavy comforters. The bathroom was very large, with a glass sink and a tub/shower combination. The fitness center has a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical trainer, and a universal gym. They do have an outdoor pool, which more than likely closes in winter. They serve a complete hot breakfast but we did not eat at the hotel, we don't like to eat before 10:00 am, and like most hotels during the week breakfast ends at 9:00 am. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. This Best Western was really on Par with the Plus and Premier locations."
"Front desk guy was very nice. This hotel is right off the interstate, so that's convenient, but the area appears to be a little sketchy. Room was relatively clean, but the skirt that wrapped the bed frame was filthy and darkly stained. Rooms and linens beyond due for an upgrade. My biggest issue was that this room cost almost $200 for the night (with fee for 2 pets)! Definitely NOT worth it! Staying in an almost new hotel at our final destination (same room configuration). And it's only $150/ night INCLUDING the pet fee!!"
