Hope Community, located at 2020 Cragmont Street in Madison, Indiana, is a health institution specifically designed for individuals aged 62 and older with lower incomes. This garden-style apartment community offers forty studio and one-bedroom apartments that are well-maintained and include appliances and carpeting. Rent is based on HUD guidelines, with eligible residents paying only 30% of their adjusted gross income to cover rent and select utilities.

Residents at Hope Community benefit from a Service Coordinator who provides referrals and resources for aging and health care services in the surrounding community. The Service Coordinator also offers education on health and wellness, connects residents with volunteer opportunities, and organizes community engagement activities.
