"I DONT RECOMMEND this place should be shut down and don’t know why it’s still running but anyways I called to do a tour and she was pretty nice at 1st she was on the line with another parent and told me to call back and she end up calling me back and told me to come at 1:30 long story short I had car problems and couldn’t make it so a left her a voicemail that day before the appointment . . the next day I showed up to do a walk through the facility and when I showed up I could believe what I seen I don’t know how parents are letting their kids go here it looks a mess ran down very uncomfortable and unwelcoming I’m with the early reach program so they sent me to this place I just can’t . They don’t even have an sigh to let you know it’s a daycare so I called to see if I was at the right place and lady yelled at the down “ we ain’t taking tours today” very rude and unprofessional but still I’m giving it a chance bc I need the help from the program but she said go park on the side so did I should’ve been left bc when I walked up the Director was just pullin in blowing her horn and I was so confused on what’s was going on so she got out the car and Walked up saying “ I know who you is I told the tour time and you didn’t come I don’t run my facility like that…. “ VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE VERY DISGUSTING AND NASTY and I enforced her I left a voicemail that stop ain’t change her attitude she just very disrespectful and was blocking me and kid in from leaving and still don’t kno why people are letting they kids go here if she was very disrespectful and ugly to me so definitely when she don’t even know me crazy but yeah"
