"Starting off, NONE of the tables were clean. No problem, I’ll just have a staff member handle it. I ordered traditional wings and they were cold and soggy. I was turned off and didn’t even want to eat them anymore. I went up to get a refund, and of course because I paid with a debit card I knew it would be a turn around time, so I wasn’t tripping at all. She paused as if she didn’t want to give me my money back. Luckily there was a couple there agreeing that when they received their wings they were also the same as mine. When she told me she had to “cancel” the order, then RECHARGE me for everything minus the wings. After asking her to repeat the process at least 3 more times, I WAS DONE! I’ve paid over $90 & you’re going to RECHARGE that all over AGAIN, just to refund me $20 for wings.. no ma’am! I just asked for store credit because my kids love CEC & I know I’d eventually be back. I don’t think l’ll be back to THIS location!"

"We brought our grandkids here today, and of course, they had a BLAST!! The manager Ever was Great he gave us a great deal for what we wanted to do and what we wanted to eat. There have been many changes since my children were little. Lol, but the grand kids had a Ball. It was so clean in there the pizza was really good. I have always liked their pizzas. Salad bar area really clean stocked with fresh items .Drink area clean, no sticky counters, no spills unattended. Of course, we will be back."
