"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The principal knows nothing about communication when it comes to returning calls to parents and the staff are horrible. You may as well pay a babysitter because this is what you get here! I would not recommend this academy to anyone. Do your research before considering this place."

"I have 3 children that all have attended Kandy stripe. This is more then a daycare education is very important here at Kandy stripe. The workers are friendly and love the kids I have never seen a better place for children."

"This place (because I do not believe it's a school) is a waste of a building. It's only a convient location, for parents who do not have transportation. There's no real education, being taught here. I can understand a lazy student. Who just doesn't want to do the work. But there are children there, that want to learn. And are getting cheated. HISD has seriously fallen behind. But then again, this is a Charter school. Would not recommend, to anyone ever."
