"I don't usually write reviews but in this case felt that I needed to give a shout out to three wonderful ladies. I'm a first time mom and putting my baby in daycare was something that I feared. Because I wish I could stay at home with my baby forever! The first day of daycare was rough... for me! But I was greeted with Ms. Karlyn and Ms. Jaz. They were very warming and sweet and caring when I arrived with tears in my eyes. I felt a little better but still, they were strangers to me. Day by day, I was always greeted with a warm smile, assuring me that my baby would be okay. I am beyond grateful for Ms. Karlyn and Ms. Jaz!! You can tell they love what they do! The way the treated me showed how my baby would be treated, with love and care! I would get daily check-ins just letting me know how my baby was doing. They are by far the greatest Infant 1 teachers! And I CANNOT thank them enough for watching after my precious baby! The third teacher I want to recognize is in the Infant 3 classroom (my baby is now 10 months had to be moved to the bigger infants class) is Ms. Evette! Just like Ms. Karlyn and Ms. Jaz, Ms. Evette always has a smile on her face, cares of the babies in the classroom and always inviting! I'm a little jealous because whenever I drop off my baby and Ms. Evette is there, my little one just throws her arms to her! That makes me feel good though because that means my baby loves her! Ms. Evette is always singing to them and just overall very playful with the babies. If i could just have these three REMARKABLE women watch after my baby I would not worry about anything! It was very important to me to see how I was treated as a parent because that would show how they would treat my child. And Ms. Karlyn, Ms. Jaz and Ms. Evette are probably the BEST that Primrose has! Grateful for these three ladies!! Thank you for watching after my baby!"

He eagerly anticipates each day, relishing the opportunity to play with his classmates and acquire new knowledge. I wholeheartedly recommend Primrose at the Galleria to all families seeking the best care and development for their little ones!"

"Primrose Galleria was our first experience using a daycare with our twins and I could not have asked for a better experience. The administrators were so wonderful and the teachers were the best. They really cared for my boys and made us feel welcomed. Thank you Primrose!! We attended for almost a full year. The only reason we are leaving is because we have a daycare that has opened closer to home."

"As a first time mom, I was very nervous about putting my daughter into daycare. In the beginning, my daughter had a hard time adjusting to daycare, as well as myself adjusting to leaving my daughter with strangers. My daughter gets extremely excited every morning when we arrive at school. I love all of the staff. Everyone is always so pleasant to talk with. I have never had any issues with any staff member. They communicate very well and effectively regarding my daughters day. The greatest part about the school is the location. It’s very difficult to find inside the Galleria if you do not know what you are looking for, which is a great feeling after all the school shootings that have occurred. I absolutely love Primrose, and would 10 out of 10 recommend to any friends and family. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication to our children."

"We’ve been a Primrose Galleria family since Jan 2020 when our son was 8 weeks old. We originally picked Primrose because of its proximity to our home at the time, the bright and colorful classrooms filled with happy kids and kind teachers, and the one-on-one attention our son would receive. We’ve since moved across town and didn’t even consider changing daycares because we have had such a great experience. We can’t say enough good things about the lovely teachers, staff and Primrose as a whole."
