"Whenever we picked up our grandson he looked a mess. Hair always disheveled, face with dry food and diapers hadn't been changed yet. They never made him presentable when they knew were headed there. And he was always thirsty. We always keep juice or water in our car when picking him up and he chugs it down like he hadn't been given anything to drink prior. I also observed the staff yelling at the kids. Not just an assertive tone, yelling. I would not recommend this place at all."

"If I could put no stars i absolutely would. My experience here was great at first, I felt comfortable bringing my son here until he started coming home not only thirsty(indicating that he’s not getting anything to drink at the end of the day) to being sent home wearing dirty clothes when he has a change of clothes that I provide, to the absolute worst happening, which is him coming home with scratches and bruises. I first noticed a significant scratch on his hand and I was told “I don’t know, ask his teacher, because I didn’t do it/know nothing about it” I was then told only the owner has access to the cameras, which she watched and told me according to what she watched and the teacher’s disposition that because my son didn’t cry or show signs of being hurt that must mean he wasn’t hurt. I was told there was nothing in place to scan the children upon arrival or departure until recently and I was reassured he would have better care taken of him. Two days later he comes home with a scratch on his neck and fingernail mark indicating to me someone handled him too roughly. My child was blamed throughout the process, was referred to as rambunctious and it was brought up he could be autistic… indicating what exactly? That it’s his fault that he’s coming up injured. They would have the after school kids in the same room as little toddlers. Then the owner (Ms. Kei) instead of reassuring my concern in turn became cold defensive and combative and turned my child away indicating that there is something to hide. All I wanted was accountability. The entire time and never got it.Not to mention when I started to bring him there recently he would react in a way as if he was afraid and didn’t want to go inside his class. I could write more but I think my point was made. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE, DEFINITELY NOT WHAT YOU THINK IT IS. Another ghetto bottom of barrel facility who thinks they're doing you a favor bringing your child there. Please use the following pictures for reference."

"I have had so many different experiences with daycare facilities but this one beats them all. Friendly staff, great curriculum, and the times suites my needs with my schedule. The owner is very understanding and trustworthy. If you want a great place to send your kids, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!"

"My babies just started a few weeks ago and they love it, The director is very organized and full of fun ideas for the children to learn and play with. The owner Mrs.Kei is very hands on and they trained their staff to be the best. Your babies are in very good hands at the Brainy Bunch learning center!"
