"I called the week before and they told me to come on by and just do the enrollment packet and pay the fees...no problem...got there and was there for a good hour filling out the forms and then the lady wanted me to wait around while she she could imput and process the forms...people got things to do here. If they wanted to speed things up then they should have made the forms available online... If I filled out the package and was ready to pay things shouldn't be so long and difficult. Also you need to have the shot record on hand before the enrollment which was not mentioned to me over the phone. Wasted my time and just left and enrolled my child at the daycare down the street with no problems. I wouldn't even say this place was welcoming at all."

"My son had been at this daycare for almost 3 years. When he first started it was amazing. We loved it. But the past couple months things quickly went downhill. They kept loosing great staff members and couldn’t keep anyone consistently. They do not have the proper amount of staff needed for the amount of children there and my son suffered because of that. He is no longer attending this daycare."

"This use to be a dream come true daycare, my kids went there for 2 years. But within the last few months there was a constant change of employees, I did not know anyone or how qualified they were. The new manager was rude. My child would come home with dirty underwear, he is 3 and I asked why, she said because he is independent and can go to restroom alone. I said so no one watches him or helps him clean himself or make sure he washes his hands? On a cold day when I went to pick him up I asked where is his sweater, no one knew, so I went to her the manager she said I don't know are you sure you sent him with one, I said yes, so then I had to find it, and when I did it was soaked and wet. I asked her why is his sweater wet, she said oh he may have wet it in the restroom and turned around not concerned at all. I said so he went alone to restroom who knows if this is toilet water and then you allowed him to play outside in the cold with no sweater? She turned around and continued what she was doing. My older son said he had to take him to the restroom and make sure his hands got washed. Walked in 2 other times and there was an older female child taking kids to restroom. I hated that the daycare got this way, they had a great crew when I started there 2 years ago. There are not enough employees to the amount of kids. I removed my children from there."

"The say they are Christian based organization. One of the reasons I chose this daycare. Over last year I've had good experiences until the staff all changed. My daughter made a claim of inappropriate touching from another student. I ask for kids to be separated. 4 days later they are back in same class and I wasn't notified. Had the kids been watched properly this wouldn't happen!!!!! The owner decided my 3 year old was lying. Prove it he says. I wouldn't take any kids there. Or any of the daycares owned by this owner! This isn't the first report of inappropriate touching between kids. They did the same to other mom too!"

"My baby has been at this daycare since she was 3 months old and she is now almost 1. The teachers in the infant and wobbler classes are phenomenal and have developed such an amazing relationship with my daughter. She had fun there every day and she definitely learned and developed a lot! I never had to worry when she was in their care and the communication is great. I always get timely updates on food/bottles, sleep, and diapers. The director, Elissa, is really sweet and reasonable too! Every staff person there knows my daughter by name and greets her each day! We recently moved so I had to pull her out of this daycare which makes me so sad, and we will miss kaleidoscope kids! The price is super reasonable and they will love your kids!"
