"For 15 month's I've tolerated this business criminal activities. However when I stepped up and made a change for my family member they showed their true colors. They tried to send the Harris County Sheriff Pct 4 Sheriff department after me. They filed a false report on me with the Adult Protective Services. They went as far as to try and set me up to come get my family member's belongings to put me in harm's way. They until this day has never calked me regarding the life safety device they yesterday yet they let them be without for more then 5 days. May I suggest that you NEVER trust this company with your family member's as I made that mistake out of desperation. I have all documentation of text, phone conversations where I was called out of name content. All of this just because my family member wanted out of a home they were not happy with. Please think before you put your family in these people's care. I wish I would've then today would be a different day."
"Omg this HSC provider has employees that is compassionate fun and experienced. The owner Mr. Miles Really love his clients. He treat the client like real humans. The group homes are modern clean smell clean and IDD friendly. The staff takes good care of my brother. They take him out and they have plan activities on the weekend. The nursing staff see to the clients medical needs. I just love them glad i found this company."
