"When I pass by trash overflows and dirty diapers in parking lot when it rains which is a public health hazard! I plan on reporting to the public health department!"
"I absolutely love this daycare. My twins and 2 year old have been going there for a year and a half and they love every single second of it. It is clean, loving, they feed the kids very well and also like to do little parties and take the kids out on field trips some times. You can tell that the teachers love their students along with the staff. I highly recommend Westchase Academy!"

"I should had posted my review in August 2016. Seeing there was a recent review that reflects my case. I had to post my review. I'm so heartbroken how some daycares do care for kids but some really dont. In my case there were many concerns I will bring to their attention but none of them were address correctly.i would ask about dicipline or write ups being made to a very serious cases and they would just try to brush it off as if it wasn't important. I gave them 6 months as being patient with them. Because I do have patience. I will see that it's not easy working with kids because I work with children myself. I am a very concern parent of a special need child with Autism. At the time he was still in waiting to get evaluated. They didnt believe he had anything. At the end is was nothing but complaining and winning from them about my kid who at the time was 2 was all I came to. I changed my son to another daycare and he was so happy he would even hug the teachers. In this one he would be scared and I truly believe the people force the kids to do things like eat, sleep and be quiet. I walked many times where they would yell at the kids. I dont think this is a place I would recommend. They are understaffed and just the faces of the employees is like to me there's no love to their job. I seen many things and I truly regret having my son here. I'm still trying to move on from their horrible experience and I will now that I would post this review. I pray and hope you guys see day cares, walk in unexpectedly and ask alot of questions before leaving your child with anyone."
"Today is 3/27/2014 but my child hasn't attended since August of 2012. She was there about 17 weeks. The one good thing I can say is that there is variety in the breakfast served on a daily basis. They don't just eat cereal every morning. I had 2 issues that were constantly addressed and nothing was ever done about them. One was that the restrooms that the children used are entirely too visible. Every morning, when I dropped my child off, I was able to see a little girl sitting on the toilet or a little boy standing in front of the toilet. In some cases, genitalia was visible as well. I did not want my child exposed to those things and nothing was ever done about my complaints. Another big issue is that my child would often be sent to school without her jacket. Considering the fact that she's just made 3 in May, she is not old enough to be responsible for remembering to grab things like that. They would try to say that they thought that I didn't send her with a jacket so I went the route of telling them that if their driver has on a jacket, than my child SURELY has a jacket. They were still negligent in that are but I only gave them 3 times to mess up in that aspect and I pulled her from the daycare."
