"Very Very critical staff not willing to work with the parent of my Grandbaby. There should have been a discussion between parent and staff before child was totally Dismissed from Daycare. What kind of people are u all.i never seen such in my Entire life. This should have been handled Better.i think that she Deserves another chance because it was done without the parent being present."

"Would not recommend daycare. If your child have special circumstances. Please find a daycare that’s fully staffed to deal with your child. They spitefully terminated my services while I was in the process of getting help for my 3year old who is suffering from some behavioral issues."

"It’s unfortunate that a parent sends their children to a daycare in which the child is undergoing behavioral assessments, yet no grace is given for the child. If this a developmental center, then one would believe all stages of development would be accepted. This is not the case here. Consider taking your child to another location. As your child will be treated differently and not accepted. Patience is key and there is none here."

"Kidz Knect changed our lives. My daughter has been going to Kidz Knect Child Development Center since she was six months old, and she turned five May10. This is not a daycare, this is a real educational institution. The Children aren't sitting around or playing all day, they are learning. My daughter has an extensive vacabulary, and can read beginners books thanks to their balanced and well developed curriculum. The school director and her husband care about the children and families at their center, and go above and beyond to accommodate you in times of need. They have shown me on nunerous occasions that they are not in this for the money, they really want to see these kids succeed and make something of themselves. This school and its staff have had such a positive impact on my family, and I will be forever grateful for them. Kidz Knect Child Development Center has truly been a blessing to us, and I highly recommend this child care facility."

"As a 1st time/stay at home mom for my daughter's first 6 months I was especially nervous about putting her in daycare, however I am so pleased. The director is professional and serious about the center. She is actively at the center daily for any questions or concerns and loves the kids. The teachers are also very kind. My daughter loves seeing the familiar faces in the morning and never has an issue with going with her teacher. My daughter was running a fever one day after her nap and I was called promptly to pick her up. They have a very strict but fair standard for sick children and closely abide by the standard. If you can appreciate a healthy environment for your child, you realize that the rules pertain to every child even if yours is the one who happens to be sick. This daycare also serves the purpose of convenience. If you live in the Cypress Station area it's very easily accessible and is always an in and out process. Another bonus is, compared to the price of other daycare centers in the area Kidz K'Nect takes the cake as well. I am very pleased with the service and quality provided with this daycare. Our apartment lease is up in a couple of months but my husband and I have decided to commute further to work because we want are daughter at Kidz K'Nect. They have made the process especially easy and I can honestly say that I do not worry about the well being of my child while she's there."
