"Nurse Lindsey M. Has been phenomenal in the pediatric emergency department. She has kept me informed the entire time, answered all of my questions, and come in to actively observe my son every 30 minutes or so. Everyone else has been great, as well. IV, respiratory, imagining- everyone was so patient and compassionate towards my 3 month old. I don’t think I’ll be waiting 10-12 hours to be seen at Texas Children’s anymore. I’m blown away by how kind everyone was towards me and my son. Thank you!"

"Last Saturday (10/28) my husband took my son to this ER because our son was having an asthma exacerbation. The doctor gave him 1 breathing treatment and steroids and sent him on his merry little way. My son always requires 3 treatments. I’m a nurse and I’ve been a pediatric ER nurse so I know the ropes. I didn’t go inside because I was very sick and dizzy with Covid. Otherwise, I would have went in and advocated for my baby. Anyhow, they sent my baby home and his pulse ox was ranging 89-90s. We ended up going to Texas Children’s (woodlands) and received excellent care. They also did 3 treatments (because he needed it and plus the low pulse ox) and he had to get admitted! As a nurse, I do not recommend this location to anyone. Please continue driving and go to TCH because these people do not know what they are doing and it’s very unsafe."

"The only reason I could not rate this hospital 5 stars was due to the lack of cleanliness. Despite the hospital not being very clean I was very impressed with the short wait. I brought my son in for facial stitches and Doctor Spencer Greene and his team did an amazing job. They were all very patient and made sure to keep checking in on my son while we waited."
