"I pay her to take care of my son to change diapers and she comes to tell me to change him and not to hand him over dirty. I go quickly, I don't have time because of my job, bad service."

"My kids have been with Robindell for over 10 years in the beginning I loved it, issues here and there but nothing that wasn’t resolved. Over the the past couple of years I don’t know what has changed but rudeness from some of the teachers, the cafeteria staff the way they talk to kids is ridiculous. Some of the staff is nice but there are some of the staff I feel like if you don’t like your job then you probably need to find another job not working with kids. Things needs to change especially if ppl are paying for their kids to be in a safe environment."

"I have been bringing my 2 children here for the past 8 years. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is so loving and kind and takes excellent care of the kids. They feed the children very well. The facility is always clean and kept up. They have very nice play ground areas there are 3 or more including a splash pad for the kids in the summer time. They also have transportation for kids who need to be picked up from other schools for after care. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I am so greatful for the teachers and staff at Robindell. This is my sons last year before he goes off to kindergarten and they have prepared him for the future I am sad to have to leave Robindell but for anyone needing affordable child care and peace of mind that your child is loved and taken care of this is the place to bring them."

"Rude and very unprofessional staff. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake it seems as if it was my fault her staff didn't charge me for the month. Never had any issues with any other daycares but it just had to be this one. The teacher Ms.Shawn was very dismissive to my child. We won't be back. I have concerns for the way teachers are handling children there. Someone should have their license looked into my son fell on his head the first day there after just having issues prior to that. I will be calling the board because I didn't sign an incident report and I can only imagine what they did to my child. He is a nonverbal autistic child."
