"I called the Young Neighborhood Library from the state of North Carolina, for my son who's in Houston Texas. Margin was so helpful and nice over the phone. He was careing and professional. Excellent customer care!!"
"Young Library is my neighborhood library and I absolutely love it. The librarians and other workers are always so nice and helpful. The books are kept neat and tidy and there is plenty of space in between the shelves. There are several seating options and all of them are super comfy. They have different sections for different age ranges. I love it here!"
"We love our librarians at Young Neighborhood library! They know my kids by name, make recommendations, and make sure we know about any upcoming activities, programs, or reading challenges. They are truly a very positive place in our neighborhood!"
"I really like the contemporary architecture of this Houston Public Library located on Griggs at MLK. The library is spacious with well lighted reading spaces. There is a nice selection of fiction and non-fiction books. The librarians are friendly and helpful."
"Great facility. Clean restrooms, ample space for people of all ages. They really serve the community well by providing computers, conference areas, voting areas, free meals for disadvantaged children, and books and multimedia resources. The staff members are very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful to community members. They also help you with computer related questions and they teach you how to use computers. If you do not have computer access to apply for a job or take care of personal business that require internet access check out your local library. The hours are great as well. Thanks."
