"HOLLAND ST. LOCATION REVIEW: Recently went to a Quince there and was very disappointed in their service. I was just a guest but noticed a lot of unprofessional things by the staff. They were not friendly at all. They refused to lower the air-conditioner and it was very uncomfortable inside the hall especially when the dancing started. As far as the food, you get what they serve you and you cannot ask for more or less on your plate. I personally did not want a particular item on my plate and asked them not to give it to me. They just ignored me and prepared my plate the way THEY felt it was suppose to be. When it was time to leave for the night, it seemed as if they were rushing us out. It was terrible. I decided to go next door to Dairy Queen and get my family dinner from there instead. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
