"Took my 6 year old to celebrate his bday and he had a wonderful time. It’s fun for all ages my other 10 year old husband and me had a great time. You get a free slime per ticket which you create , that was fun. Highly recommend."
"Had the most delightfully gooey experience at the Sloomoo Institute recently, and my Fam and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment we stepped into this playful wonderland of slime, we were transported to a world of vibrant colors and captivating textures. The entire staff's enthusiasm was infectious, making the entire visit an absolute blast. The variety of slime concoctions available was mind-boggling - from glitter-infused galaxies to fluffy clouds of joy. The sensory journey SlooMoo takes you on is unparalleled, leaving you feeling like a kid in a candy store. And the make your own slime part gave us creative freedom to mix and match colors and scents which was a therapeutic adventure, resulting in my very own custom slime masterpiece. The Sloomoo Institute isn't just a place; it's an experience that tickles your senses and unleashes your inner child. Is it a little pricey, perhaps, but the joyful escape from the ordinary, and seeing the smiles of my fam and feeling a heart full of happiness upon leaving (not to mention a bag full of uniquely crafted slimes) made it worth the cost! BIG SHOUT to Sloomoo Institute for turning goo into pure, unadulterated and unKIDerated fun! PLEASE NOTE: I do need to take a moment to recognize one particular SlooMoo team member … ALVIN … although one could find a great time at Sloomoo regardless, I have to say Alvin is the epitome of someone who cares about what they do and the people who enjoy doing it. He embodies the gold standard of customer service. From the moment we walked in his enthusiasm and genuine passion for the experience elevated the visit. Alvin's extensive knowledge about the various slime activities and his personalized recommendations ensured a memorable and enjoyable time. His patience in guiding us through the creative process and addressing every question with a smile truly made the Sloomoo experience exceptional. Alvin's commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, turning a visit into a delightful adventure. Kudos to Alvin for not just providing service but creating a magical and welcoming atmosphere at the Sloomoo Institute!"
"Fun for the entire family! Went with friends and had the BEST time. So many slimes to play with and so much to do. Every ticket gets to make a slime to take home. Spent almost two full hours- space is beautiful and so clean. Handwashing required with wipes all over the place. Staff was super friendly and I loved all the nods to Texas! Even the bathrooms had cowgirl and cowboy signs! Cannot wait to come back!!!"
"We attended their soft opening on Friday, December 8th and scored complimentary tickets! This place was actually better (and bigger) than I expected it to be. Also a fun surprise I actually used to work with Karen Robinovitz (one of the co-founders of SlooMoo) in NYC when I worked at Digital Brand Architects. She was there which was a fun surprise. When you enter you are ushered into a room to watch a short video on what to expect and I thought it was weird that one part of the video advised kids "to not eat the slime" (say what?) However once we entered the area of the slime I immediately understood why....the slime smelled SOOO GOOD! lol I know it's weird but the smell hit me right away. I thought it was pretty cool that each slime had its own unique texture AND smell! Some smelled like cherry, some smelled like cotton candy, some smelled like chocolate. It was just crazy but pretty cool. Also to note EVERYONE WHO WORKED THERE WAS SUPER NICE! And I do mean every single person we encountered was super friendly to my kids and I. The people who worked there were energetic and made the experience that much more fun for the kids. At the end you get to make your own slime. You can pick your own smell, color of slime. There's also a section where they blindfolded my kids and let them touch different things (they had to stick their hands in different holes) . They really enjoyed that part! My son is autistic so he highly enjoyed himself. He thought it was "awesome"! And it's hard to impress him. lol I knocked a star off because of the admission price. Personally I think $40 per person is quite high. If I would've paid for myself and my two kids that would've been about $120 (plus taxes and fees) and honestly it's not worth the price point. Also we went the day before the grand opening so there was literally no one there besides one other family. So I can't imagine on a weekend where it's crowded and a ton of kids all playing in the same slime. I don't know how often they change the slime (perhaps they do at the end of each day) Good news is they do make you wash your hands beforehand and there is another station to wash your hands at the end. I don't know but I am happy my kids got to experience the place all to themselves."
