"Michaels, you are my happy place far, far from home but you really do need more yarn. Always clean, timely sales, great selection of everything.......except yarn. If you start stocking Soft Classic Loops and Threads more faithfully, and get some in Periwinkle, I'll come see you every week."

"This location has terrible customer service. Instead of helping the customer( when the store ,or its employees) makes errors, they want the customer to do what’s necessary to make it right! The management is lazy and the reps are lost. This time, I had a rep tell me I could exchange for an item equal to my credit. When I came back with glitter that was equal in price, she said “ I thought you were getting the same thing! “ You mean of the item you just told me you were out of? The manager had the nerve to tell me I have to call customer service next time. This is after I went to pick up items I had ordered from them and them not realizing the order was incomplete."

"No use signing up for craft events, you stand on line to get skipped. Staff member conducting the class seemed sick and constantly coughing. Event space was right in front of the entrance door on a little table. Definitely wasn't thought out. Hopefully other events at this location is well planned out. Door greeter was very pleasant at the entrance and exit."

"Such a great store and currently a huge selection of Halloween decorations, from simple wreaths to extravagant ones, wood carvings you can paint as you wish, fake pumpkins, skeletons. Even ravens. There’s currently a smaller selection of Christmas items but you know they’re coming. Everything always seems to be on sale and it’s always well stocked. Will be utilizing the framing services soon and will update one’s I’ve finished that purchase. Customer service is always friendly, cleaner than other Michaels locations and always updating and changing."
