"DO NOT BUY American Tile and Stone distributed, TP International, Inc. brand Luxury Vinyl Tile!!!!! Do your research because they have several brands under the TP International umbrella. I bought the dark colored Terrain Oak. After only 4 months of being installed there are scratches ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I just received a letter stating that the scratches on the floor are from normal wear and tear. After 4 months??????? Normal wear and tear? Everywhere? So basically they do not expect their product to hold up any time after installation. Biggest mistake of our remodel. My friend got a product from home depot, same color, and it still looks beautiful a year later. They have a dog, babysit dogs, have 3 kids and babysit one more. We have two dogs and my boyfriend and I and our floors are destroyed. Makes no sense."

"Our tile installer recommended we pick tile at this store since he has a relationship with them. When I arrived at this location, there was a sign on the door stating that as of literally the week before, showroom was open by appointment only. I called the store to explain my situation and told them I had driven across town and was standing at their front door. I was nonchalantly told that in order to even schedule an appointment, I needed my tile installer’s account number with their company. So I reached out to our tile installer who provided me with this information within 30 minutes. I called American Tile back to provide this requested information and was then told that the only person who schedules appointments was in a meeting and that she would call me back. Big surprise—I NEVER received a call back AT ALL. Very poor customer service."

"This is my first time given out a 1 star rating to a company but this place definitely deserves it. The products that they sell are of excellent quality but some of the staff members could use a class in how to provide customer service. I drove all the way from Mansfield to Carrollton to pick up my order that I placed through All Pro Floors and when I arrived I was informed by a kind lady that I need to go through a particular set of doors to pick up my order. When I arrived in the right room to pickup my order I provided the company with my reference number and was told that there was issue and I would have to wait for the problem to be resolved before I can receive my order. I asked the lady sitting behind the glass display what was the issue she became upset and very rude. I will no longer be doing business with this company which is ashame because they really have some nice products but customers don't deserve to be treated the way I was treated especially military veterans!"

"Their price is way too high. You can get the exact same product from another distributor out of state, tax free, free shipping, and STILL much lower price than this store. Do your research before buying from them!"
