"This store has the worst customer service. No one knows anything. I just looked up several products on the In Store app. I stopped by the Customer Service desk and asked where to fine CS Bay 34. The app lead me to believe that CS stood for Customer Service location. The person looked at it and said they don’t have that item. There were at least 15 different items that all said there were some in stock at that location. They only argued that there weren’t any if they weren’t in the back of the store. No one offered to help me look. There were 4 people at the customer service desk. Seems like they were too lazy to be helpful. She just kept telling me there were none even though the app said there were many many different products there. The last straw was the phone rang and she rudely answered it while I was still asking questions. This is not the first time I’ve had this type of experience so I guess I need to find a different store that has helpful workers that are informed."

"This place I have visited on 21June2023 to buy fencing posts and other stuff. Lot of variety stuff that needs for house is available. Large inventory. Staff is customer friendly. Good place to shop and lot of parking available"
