"I would like to personally thank the assistant manager Mr.Hilario Perez at the trinity Mills Lowe’s store.He was very accommodating and very helpful through the entire process. We made multiple visits to the store to get a refund ,all in vain. But Mr.Perez was very patient in hearing us and provided us with a full refund!"

"Went in to use a program I was approved for. The service man said he was new but he would try. I gave him the instructions given me. He went for help at one point, now the lady was rude off Top. Saying, oh she can't get but one thing. I replied, no ma'am I have a total number to spend not pick an item. I asked her if she was the Manager, she said no so I asked for the Manager. She and he came back after she gave him her preview. Cause he cane with the same story. It didn't work like that. My sister made this exact transaction so I knew it could happen. After calling the program allowing them to speak to them to walk them through how to do their job and much frustration before this call I left with my items awaiting delivery. The lady was very rude and the lady was nasty. I told them I wasn't leaving till they helped me I will not return to this lowes location, ever which sucks cause we love Lowe's"

"Not too bad for yet another retailer who isn't hiring checkout staff. Got good help from the in-store staff. I had planned my cart-stacking on the assumption that I'd go through assisted checkout. Nope. I get up there and the checker is helping someone with something complicated. Neither he nor his supervisor acknowledged me. I finally rolled over to the self-help thing. I quickly realize that I need help shifting my heavy. Fortunately, the person helping with self checkout has much better customer skills, so I got the help I needed."

"Wonderful customer service!! I recently purchased my first home and needed paint and some other items. Laura, David & Abbas were all so helpful!! I have downloaded the app and this is already my favorite, go-to store for all the household needs! "Bad customer service!!! Two different return policy is posted. Store manager, floor manager and customer service representative allow me return an item. I was under Lowe’s return policy that is posted up on the wall. When I asked them, why can you honor the policy that is posted on the wall. Shows in (2nd picture). Their response was: we did not have chances to change the poster from wall. I won’t shop at this store again!!!!"
