"Can't leave that store without buying something. They have excellent sales and their store brand is not too shabby on most all items. I bought the store brand drill kit and it works great and has for a year+. The parking lot of this store is kinda torn up so that's irritating but it's worth the rough ride to shop there. Great deals on batteries, flash lights, knives, etc. Love the drone I purchased there too!"

"The supervisor needs to go through some training to get his customer service skills up to the level of the younger employees, who are very helpful and courteous. He's working there on an hourly basis so he has no reason to be annoyed. It's customers who wait in line because management is too cheap to hire enough employees to cover all four registers."

"UNbelievable. Called from another location that did not have the item I needed to exchange in stock. I was told they would go look to see if they had it. 1 minute later, I'm hung up on. Called back, asked another associate the same question, and was told they had them. She then spoke to the first associate and said they were checking. I said "ok" and received no response. After several seconds I said "hello" and was rudly told " I said they are looking for it. A few seconds later i was hung up on. I called back again and said "please don't hang up on me again. Again I was told " I told you they are looking for it!" I responded " ok, I need to know if you have it though before I drove out there " HUNG UP ON AGAIN. I have a home service business and buy tools from this location frequently. Never have I had this sort of interaction with the staff. I called corporate customer service and was told "I can't really do anything, we just side with the store". I was then told "you just need to call and see if they have it". I asked how I could do that if I'm hung up on? No help. I asked if they coukd check and see if that location had the item and was told "no, we cant see their inventory". I then asked if someone could at least call and find out if they had the item and was told "no we don't do that". Absolutely mind boggling."
