"I made the mistake of going to ask prices on friday ,customer service is the worst . To whoever runs this company ,if the people you have in the front desk are supposed to chase your customers away ...they're doing a great job ."
"I'm very disappointed in this place, after 3 visits and spending thousands of dollars i will never back. Very overpriced, i had to pay almost $50 for a box of ozco brakets when they are at the HD for $24. The wood itself it's very expensive and had some damage. On top of that on my last visit after spending $850 i had to wait on the car 40 minutes and when i went to check on the employees they were all sitting at the curve talking. If that's not enough they gave me the incorrect bracket witch i can no longer return because i opened the box already. That's the i realized it was wrong. If that's the experience i get after a large purchase i can tell they don't deserve my business. I'll never be back"
