"I’ve spent plenty of money with the one in Benton and this store but I will not be shopping here anymore. The female workers have always been extremely rude and short. This past weekend i was in there and waited 15 minutes in line only to get to the checkout and be told the item I was going to purchase was $10 instead of the 5.99 it was marked. It was a crushed and leaked out box of car wash and detailer. Still worth $5.99 but not $10. There was no signs advertising any different, the rude cashier looks at me and says these are $10, not a hello or anything. And I hadn’t even spoke yet. I think they just make up prices off the top of their head based on whether they think they like you or not. Rarely anything is marked and what is marked, they do not honor. And the whole attitude when you do ask a price or check out. I’m done with the rudeness on top of all else"

"Now, this is why I won’t go back there ever again! Last Dec when I took my sister for her first time after bragging on the store, they called her a liar!! I don’t know what really happened. I was still shopping and she had quite a few things in her cart and she wanted to know prices. I said, the register isn’t busy, they will tell you the prices if you will go ask them, so she went to the register, and came back shortly upset! She said the clerk told her that she couldn’t give her prices till she was ready to check out. My sister, not knowing how the store operated, didn’t want to get stuck buying all the things..the first beauty product they told her would be $55. I think it kind of shocked her that it was so high. So she said she would just come back tomorrow hoping the prices would be less. She said clerk was very rude..so when I went to check to the out line I was trying to watch out for my sister and told the clerk to get the items from behind the counter and we were ready to check out and she could give her the pricing now..the girl said..I was giving her the prices when she was up here earlier. I said my sister said you told her you couldn’t give her the prices The clerk said, I never told her I wouldn’t and she’s a liar!! Calling my sister a liar was very rude, uncalled for and unprofessional!! As a prior business owner, that’s not the way you run a successful business or treat customers! The clerk got very defensive and said I’ll show you the video and you can see she was the one that was rude and lied. At first I thought…no need but then I thought..yes, show me that video. I wasn’t at the register when that happened. She stomps away and goes to the back..Carly comes out and they say they’ll get the manager..owner. I felt like after what happened, the owner should address it. Then Carly says..you have been rude to me over a rug and we don’t want your business. Just leave!! So, naturally, my reaction was not my best, as I was not rude to over that rug last week. I just said I thought the $40 was too high and I didn’t want it. Like I said, the next week, the 3x5 priced rugs were corrected. Instead of telling the truth about who was rude, they lost business. My sister was going to buy most of those hair items that were put behind the counter, I had a cart of items that I walked out and left because of the incident!! Professionalism, honesty, curtesy, and customer service are the backbone of a business success! Working with the customer instead is good customer service of accusing the customer are not good skills! The new clerk and the manager Carly at the Paducah fifty nine main displayed none of these!! Carly has been rude to me on multiple occasions!! I’m not one to write good or bad reviews but feel this is necessary! It’s sad that they have lost our business!"
