"Still waiting for my application to be approved for self checkout. Also waited for someone to help with men's colonel for over 30 minutes. Even after pushing the service button until it finally quit and going to checkout to no avail, I finally called the store . I got the store manager and explained that he was paying phantom associates and what had happened or hadN'T happened. 15 minutes later, an associate showed up, told him what I needed, and GUESS what! HE DIN'T HAVE KEY FOR DISPLAY CASE FOR THE COLONGE! AAARRRGGGHH."
"Store is always clean and organized. Pharmacy staff is entirely unprofessional, entitled, and arrogant. If the management is unaware of the problem, then they're part of the problem."
"I love the convenient shopping of Walmart but I think the people that aren't being cashiers should at least help customers bag their items. it feels weird to have them staring at you but not assisting. Either that or open more registers for cashiers. People don't want to have to do all the work of their shopping experience after working all day themselves."
