"When I walked in nobody greeted me. They were all back by the register on their phones or talking with friends that were in the store. I had to walk up and ask for a shoe size and if the pant size is all they had out. Employees acted as if they didn’t want to be there. This was Saturday March 25th about 5pm. Something needs to be done because I won’t be back probably just so my shopping online to avoid the frustration and wouldn’t dare want them to have to do their jobs."

"Looking for a specific hoodie and after calling the store and the clerk telling me they could order or may have in stock, I went to the store. Was feeling really good about finding that special hoodie for a loved one at Christmas time. When I arrived I was met by a store associate and explained I had called. Unfortunately as the story unwinds. I left the store without a hoodie. Not in the store and out of stock on line. My plan for my son to have the hoodie that he asked for was not to be. The staff was helpful and the store was clean but.... the hoodie was not to be."
