"Store is ruined. Better off going to south side location. too many self checkouts and far to many employees doing store pickup orders. Can’t even navigate through the isles. Just close the store to the public and do store pickup only or go back to 24 hours. Waste of time and energy to shop here."
"I am very upset, yesterday I paid a cake and cupcakes for a baby shower. Was in box so I didn't open, now I should have. It wasn't decorated as ordered. And drove 30min away to the shower, and got asked where the rest was.... I finally got thru to bakery after 5th attempt and being on hold almost the whole baby shower. And the woman basically said " oh well accidents happen, I've worked here 28 years and things happen. No apologies or oh my I'm sorry. Will reimburse you for the cupcakes. She said you can come back here and get them I'll write paid on them. " because of this, few people didn't get cake at the shower, which was very embarrassing. I will NEVER if I can help it. Order cake from here again."
"I had stopped visiting Walmart for years after being let down. Now again I have to go through the same behavior. Me and my daughter was checking out this morning, clothes that I can afford and paid for. I don’t need Walmart workers looking over my shoulders. Yea I’m a Black woman and it was a Black Woman that was looking over it. Very disgusting. I don’t have to steal and my daughter neither. My husband provides well. Never judge a book by its cover. Sadly that’s the world in which we live."
"My first grocery pick up. It went beautifully. Very few substitutions and I was asked to approve what had to be substituted. The whole process was easy and organized. The person who brought my items was very polite and was careful not to smash bread."
"First driving up to Walmart in Paducah Kentucky. I loved that they had a Parking Space close to the store. Then too see this bud in front of it helping the community out with school supplies, warmed my heart. To see people walking on dropping off packages with a smile was really nice."
