"Nice place, very clean and the items are very organized by size, lots of items like clothing ,home decor and small appliances, well labeled with price tags, the staff was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this store if your looking for a great deal on second hand items or in some cases never worn or used items. I haven't taken anything there to put on consignment so I can't review that experience at this time."

"I went into this store yesterday, just browsing. I found a few items and wanted to try on 3 tops, a jacket and 1 pair of pants. Asked for a dressing room and was quite rudely informed by a young girl with shortish hair they would be closing soon. I asked what time and was told 5:00pm. I checked my watch and replied, “well, it’s 4:03 now” This girl rolled her eyes at me and told me they closed the dressing rooms early. It was like I was bothering her asking for a dressing room and might make her have to work a little to unlock the dressing room door. After assuring her I would not take long, she again rolled her eyes at me and unlocked the door. I was in there all of 5 minutes and checked out long before 5pm. I will remember this incident next time on over that way and probably won’t return."

"I was in there a few Saturdays ago to bring in consignment. I called to make sure it was ok to bring in and the lasy on the phone said yes and they were open until 5. I arrived a little before 4:30 to be greeted by a very unpleasant grey haired lady with glasses. She was extremely rude from the moment i got there. Telling us they were getting ready to close and lock the doors in 10 minutes and that if i had any summer or short sleeve items that she was “just going to send them right back with me, so don’t waste my time” We were finished hanging the clothes by 4:40 and they hd already packed everything in to shut and lock the door. I was sent home with over half the otems i brought. American eagle hoodies i was sent back with as she called them “light weight jackets” . All because they had a zipper. This woman is now the reason i will not shop or consign there. She shouldn’t be working in customer service. She was complaining that they had “all that” to go thru, like I shouldnt have even brought anything in. I will definitely go to Between Friends or any other consignment feom here on"
