"We went on a Saturday night and were one of two people in the store. When smelling the Dr Teals bath soaps an older employee with short hair, glasses and a poor demeanor, demanded that we couldn't smell the bottles because they were "sealed". They very much we NOT sealed and she was incredibly rude in the way she said that to me. I've never in my 40 years had someone say I couldn't smell a product that wasn't sealed with a tamper proof seal. I guess I'm supposed to choose a scent and pray for the best? Unprofessional in the way the whole situation was handled. I had every intention of coming back to purchase a furniture set but I will absolutely spend more elsewhere with better customer service. With that as what I can only perceive as the "manager" as she was called to do a credit card, it's no wonder the store was empty at 7pm on a Saturday. I left and will not be back."
"It is nothing like it used to be , it used to be organized and nice but now it is messy , can’t find anything and no dressing room to try on clothes b4 u buy them! Then the antique place next to it is so over priced that u could go buy yourself something nice that’s new and spend less than what those ppl r asking for 20 yr old stuff . Idc what u have there will always be another just like it someplace! Point blank rant over"
"This store is a nice store to go to to shop. For those of y'all in the military and veterans get a 10 percent off your purchase year round which is very nice that they honor the military both past and present."
"I ordered a pillow from the website tonight and they said I can pick it up tomorrow at the store! And it was on sale for $6.50. I’ll post a picture of my pillow tomorrow"
