"Love how easy these guys made our rock purchase. They have a really nice set up that allows you to look at everything they have to offer to make sure it's exactly what you want. Had them deliver which was fast and efficient. All around great experience compared to other places we visited."

"While the rock we paid for and had delivered was what we ordered, and matched what they show on their website (1" pebble rock), their company does not visit your property to give measurements or quote cost/installation beforehand. Instead, they give your contact info to people who do labor/installation and those people call you. We provided our contact information and received a response from a guy named Sterling. This guy was initially good with the quote/measurements, BUT, once we agreed to the first part of the job in our back yard, it went literally downhill from there. Sterling left for (3) hours right in the middle of the job and his "worker" was barley working for those (3) hours while his boss was gone. We were told it would take a day for the rock project, and it took 1.5 days. Ok --- whatever, we were ok with that. BUT, there was rain in the forecast and this guy failed to check the weather on his end, and then complained about how cold it was/how it was raining when HE was the one saying he was available on that particular day to work. Following this project, our neighbor hired him to remove grass from our front yard and install in their back yard. His "worker" was the one who was going to do the job for $500 and for two days (Sat/Sun), he did basically nothing and just left without telling our neighbor. Both of us called Sterling and sent him photos asking when the project would be done and all he did was give excuses. I finally asked WHY he did not rent equipment to remove the grass as it would have made the project go much faster and he accused me of being rude to him. He then told us both that he was coming to pick up the tools his guy left behind and he would be done with the project. So now, my front side yard looks ridiculous with dug up grass that never got installed in my neighbors yard, and I have Texas Rock and Flagstone to thank for the referral for a complete idiot doing the work. STEER CLEAR OF STERLING!"

"Bought 3 yards of a 50-50 "topsoil" and sand mix for $350 including delivery. I laid the soil over a 1500 sq ft area and planted some high quality grass seed. Now the entire area is full of crabgrass and grassy weeds after watering. I'm talking about an EGREGIOUS amount of weed seeds in this so claimed "topsoil." don't even bother with these guys if you plan to renovate your yard. Highly disappointed."

"I cannot say enough about their service! I got a flat on 1585 and by the time I reached their location my vehicle was undrivable! The sweet girl in the office had me go to the back and the nice guy aired up my tire so I could get back to town!! The prices and services are 2nd to none! I won’t do business anywhere else and have recommended it to everyone I know!"
