"100% Disabled Veteran here. Iraqi Freedom '05-'06. These people had my car for 4 months and still the repairs aren't complete: Passenger side mirror still broken, windshield(got that? the freakin' windshield!), Front-end alignment not done, headlights not adjusted properly, body work on curbside front quarter panel wasn't fixed, check engine light is on and so on and so on Insurance paid and I had actually paid this woman, who loves to argue and thinks she's ALWAYS right, cash. When all was said and done, the cash I paid wound up causing me to have over paid. Now, I was born at night, however, it wasn't last night. This mouthy Broad doesn't care to return to me money which is rightfully mine. I would sooner take my car to the Harris or Montgomery County Vocational-Technical School for repairs than deal with these people. I would call it a business, but, it isn't run to where any reasonable person could recognize it as such. Nothing but heartburn and aggravation!"

"My car looks and drives well so far. It took a while for the car to get finished but Walter did an outstanding job on my vehicle!!! He was also very courteous, I got body frame repaired as well as paint and the car looks great! Color is a perfect match! I would give 5 stars but communication was not the best between me and the female owner and that is a must when you have someone vehicle and cash was paid for services upfront. I'll admit the man owner her husband was pleasant. I thought she was when I paid her until she blocked my calls. I do recommend this company just be sure to be willing to wait a while for your vehicle to be finished as they have several vehicles and still accept more vehicles in the line up for services! NO COMPLAINTS just truth!"

"Worst automotive shop experience EVER! Poor ownership. They will keep making promises they won't keep, give you the run around, and not answer your calls or messages for days on end. If you don't want to see your car for 6-8 weeks, take it here! And when you do finally go to pick it up, it won't be right. I feel sorry for the nice mechanics that have to work for these individuals who clearly don't know how to run a proper business."
