"Terrible experience,almost every single time I've been in there they're in a bad mood and extremely rude.The worst customer service of any O'Reilly's hands down. This last time really took the cake. They refused to warranty out a part that I had just bought because they didn't have a way to test the alternator they claim. That's the only way they can warranty something... Which we all know is a lie. The guy just did not want to help and was rude about it. I ended up going to a better O'Reilly's and they were more than happy to help like all the others. Just stay away from this one if you don't have to go there. Don't."

"It's a big store with lots of products. I was here for a return and it was done without hassle. The guy who was my cashier was constantly talking to other customers on the other check out line. Maybe he was being helpful but he could have helped me then help them."
