"I meant to post this a few weeks ago. I was having issues with a new battery that I bought for my wife's vehicle. I misplaced my receipt, and I could not remember which AutoZone I had purchased the battery from. Lucky for me, Dixon was at this location. He went out of his way to help me locate the receipt. He called a few stores for me, and he was able to locate a copy of my receipt. I was able to get a new battery under the warranty. Saved me $400, and he also installed the battery. "They just to sell parts to you. Yesterday I bought a stop lamps and let them help install it for me and all told me to found a technician to do it. It need special tools. I checked YouTube and found just use hand turn it off and install the lamp.easy. Few months ago at same store. My battery show lower power and a younger check it and told me the battery was dead. I bought a battery and let them install for me and a older didn’t let the younger do it for me and said the car plastic was crisp and easy broken. And I went to hwy290 auto zone, and let them help.they checked the battery and told me it good.just lose the power and need recharge it. Same store, different service manner."
