Top it off they broke the bracket that holds the wiper in place and admitted to the store manager that they did this....all she said was "put it back on"....I told them yall broke it and all I got was a deer in Headlights stare.....Wow just put the broken piece back his car....we don't care.....went across the street to AUTOZONE...guy put the same brand of wiper they tried to put on on my SUV in 5 minutes..... Why state we will put your wipers on if you can't? Then you blame it on the SUV...it's German....LOL!!! I'm telling you this store will put you out of business if you treat customers this way."
