"Very unprofessional. I called to get a quote and the lady helping me had me on speaker phone I could not understand anything. I told her and she said "there". Early not fixing the problem. I knew I was still on speaker phone. She had music in the background. Which I could hear more than her voice. I kept telling her I can't hear there's too much noise. She said "oh don't worry that's just the background noise" like okay can you do something about it?! She was also humming along to the music while on our phone call. I'm over here thinking something is wrong with her because the humming was disturbing."
