After 10 days I received no update, so I reached out to Brandon to see what was going on, he told me he would send me the paperwork the next day. The following 5 days after that I asked for the paperwork on a daily basis only to receive bad excuses like “I meant to send it but I forgot”, worst of all Brandon had the audacity to send me a photo of a truck that didn’t belong to me. All in all 3 weeks passed and all he could tell me was that he left the country and the price for the work I requested was 6500 dollars, but he was unable to provide any paperwork or even any minuscule detail regarding the cost of the parts or labor. DON’T GO TO NEXT LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE, they wasted 3 weeks of my time and will most likely waste yours as well."
