"This place is terrible , Sales Representatives ( that’s a Joke) they represent nothing as you have to do all the leg work thru the whole purchase order , even having to call manufacturers to find out order info as they don’t communicate EVER ! Everything is always back ordered or some Stupid Excuse as to why there is a delay ( which is ALWAYS ) They even email you and say if there is any issues with your order we will let you know right away , BWAHAHAHA !!!! Good Riddance !! Don’t waste your time and money , unless you are ordering for Next years uniforms then maybe you may get it in time ."

"I have been a loyal customer of this store since its opening, spanning from my teenage years to adulthood. The store has consistently impressed me with its extensive merchandise selection. While the prices tend to be on the higher side for the items I desire, the store often features enticing clearance sales. During my most recent visit on Saturday, 02/03/2024, I came in to purchase cleats for my wife, with whom I play on a coed team. Despite the store having more staff than customers, I encountered an unusual lack of assistance. When I sought help by asking questions, the staff appeared visibly bothered and uninterested in providing assistance. Notably, my experience took a frustrating turn when I discovered a jersey I liked. Upon bringing it to the front to inquire about the price, I found two staff members behind the counter engrossed in a personal FaceTime call, seemingly oblivious to my presence. Despite my inconvenience, one of them casually mentioned, "I'll be right with you," while still engrossed in the call, making the situation even more disconcerting. The staff member continued the call while checking me out, displaying a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that left a lasting negative impression. Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider shopping at this store in the future. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and addresses them to enhance the overall customer experience."

"They did not do a good job on my son’s jersey. Told us they couldn’t do anything about it. Talked to someone else and said they could. We brought it in then they said they couldn’t so finally got someone to get the jersey fixed. I understand the issue with the jersey is not their fault, but 30+ minutes waiting for them while they go look for it and the communication between each other is not great. I see a bunch of responses to an email to get things fixed but oddly nothing has changed. As far buying stuff and getting things exchanged it is great. They just need to work on the communication with their staff and the people they order custom equipment from."

"I had an issue with my grandson’s soccer shoes and The manager,Junior, took great care of me. Junior was a professional soccer player and his experience with many types of soccer shoes aided him to fit my 12 year old grandson in the best shoes for his foot shape and size. I highly recommend this soccer store! First class customer service! Quality merchandise!"

"We LOVE the Soccer Factory semi-annual sale! Went in December and were able to score some incredible deals just in time for Christmas: jerseys, cleats, and balls at 50-70% off! Be prepared to wait in line if you go early, but the deals are totally worth it. There’s usually a long line to check out, as well, but don’t be fooled… the staff does an amazing job of streamlining the process to get everyone through quickly. It’s obvious how much work the crew puts in to organize the sale from start to finish. The lines move smoothly, items are laid out nicely with clear signage, and they have plenty of staff on-hand to support the large amount of customers. Tanner, Luìs, Caleb, and the rest of the Soccer Factory team have always been incredibly helpful in assisting us any time we shop throughout the rest of the year, as well, and diligent in answering any questions we may have. We love supporting local businesses whenever possible, and the staff at Soccer Factory helps make it an easy decision to continue doing so!"
