"Today Saturday Feb 24th, very first time I came into this dunkin and will definitely be my last. I walked in and stood at the register, there was a manager and another worker that were making orders for the drive thru, they never acknowledged that I was there no welcome, no “I’ll be with you in a minute” nothing. The staff was rude and only attended the drive thru not the customers for dine in. I waited for over 10 minutes and again I was not acknowledged so I decided to leave. For years I have been going to other Dunkin donut locations and I have never been treated this way like at this location. Do not recommend."
"This place is terrible. They're out of food every time you come. Half the time you come they don't have any ice cream because the freezers are broken. The other half you come and they don't have sausage they don't have croissants they don't have eggs or they can't make any of the sandwiches. The environment's nice and the people are nice but they don't have most of the food items you want when you come and this is multiple times throughout the months not just once."
"If you want to wake up in the morning with great customer service and energy come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, where Paola is! She is so energetic and cheerful and gives such great customer service. She literally wakes me up in the morning! I am a teacher, and I want that good energy coming at me really early in the morning. I take her energy and cheerfulness and pour some of that into my classroom! You can tell she genuinely loves her job and loves making her customers/community happy! Thank you for making me happy today!"
"First visit.. staff in drive thru were quick kind and attentive. They got our complete order correct, and answered questions with no rush.. I’m a difficult customer with small kids and no time to waste, we left satisfied.. I’ll be back hopefully they remain consistent"
"None of our filled donuts were filled with anything. They were dry. We got a Bavarian cream and 2 Boston cream donuts. Completely empty. Just a regular donut. We won’t be going to Dunkin ever again. It’s Shipleys from now on. The apple filled had nothing it it either. lol. What a joke."
