"I had a great experience at Optimal Feet. Their customer service, products, and convenience were all appealing. I had plantar fasciitis and the over the counter orthotics didn't help me. I went here, and had excellent service. This is a vet owned, small business, and I try to support the "mom and pop" shops. "Ed was very patient, thoroughly explained process, made me aware of how insoles worked, gave printout of changing insoles throughout day, friendly, answered all questions, explained different shoe types, and I left as a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this store. Ed even let me bring in shoes so he could affix Velcro to hold inserts. I had painful left foot bone spur which has since left. Ed thought it would with time. It did. I walk better and balance improved. Great experience"
"I went into that store not knowing it would change my life limping from pain one day after work about a year ago and I just went back to upgrade.. I work as a cook so 10-12hr days become normal. I walked in with little expectations AND money after I tried: the Dr, steroid shots on the bottom on my feet, pain meds/creams, cheap cushy insoles, different Epsom salts and expensive shoes over $500 that simply did nothing for my pain. I was give the best costumer service ever to date and was offered a payment plan option. Optimal Feet has been a blessing ever since day 1. Their products have made a positive impact on my everyday pain levels, mood, energy levels and even a better posture. Do your future self a favor and drop in if you're hurting, it could be your day to get the help you are looking for."
