"Why did you cancel my order for socks when you clearly have them behind the counter waiting for me?!" The clear lack of knowledge on how to resolve a simple issue blew my mind! "Went in looking for flats and I found 2 beautiful pairs that really matched what I was seeking... We got a hello as we entered but would have had to find someone to help because we only came across one employee at the counter... It's just nice that we didn't need any one-on-one attention. There was upsale, no suggestion for flat socks or the water protection spray for the suede... This should be a standard when someone buys nice suede shoes with a blister causing leather like material built inside the shoes that are surely to cause some discomfort for the wearer. Just an oversight by the employee, the employee was very nice and quick to ring us up."
