Euro Wheel Alignment

"Sam is very unprofessional, hateful, and rude. After over 10 years I've been a loyal customer. After a disagreement with Sam due to shady dealings I began dealing only with Carlos. I towed my vehicle to Carlos over 2 months ago thinking he would take care of it. Not only did they brush me off every time I called and never returned my calls but today after two months of no communication I was told my motor would cost $3500 for labor not including cost for the motor. The issue is not the cost as I understand this is a Range Rover; but the lack of communication for over two months to tell me this. When I communicated the mistreatment I received the last couple months to Carlos his response was for me to pick my vehicle up. Not only did I incur expenses to tow my vehicle from one state to Houston (over 200 miles) because I thought I could trust Carlos, but realized I was being retaliated against by Sam so now I have added cost to tow my vehicle home. My time and money has been wasted because I thought I could trust this mechanic. ."
