"I’m here almost every month and the culture here with exception of one guy is overall bad. I understand that they need to sale tires but some of these guys will give you an excuse right from the start on why they can’t check or try to help you. This place had to buy two new wheels for my truck because they scratched them on two separate occasions."

Jose was awesome he didn’t have my size tires but offered compatible tires for my car at a discounted rate and threw in wiper blades his crew went above and beyond making sure my car was properly operable fir the road and I had a dragging price of plastic under my car even helped so this would not be hazardous to my tires! I will definitely come back and refer all my business to this location Jose is great and his crew!!!Great job I sincerely appreciate all your hard work!"

"Service was great except for line and time management. Someone walked in, and even though there was a line of people, walked straight to the front of the line. They were a new customer and had just arrived. I was a little surprised no one said anything. After waiting for over an hour to replace one tire I began to notice that not only had everyone who had arrived before me left, but people who had arrived after me had been serviced as well. I had been standing in the back of the Discount Tire near the bathrooms and exit — behind the view of the desk. I took a slow lap around the entire Discount Tire space and saw how there were no cars in the bay, but several men standing at the desk talking. Once they saw me it was clear there was an, “Oh sh*t” moment and they had forgotten about me because as I turned and walked back to where I had been seated I saw someone running out to move my car into the bay. I’d recommend sitting somewhere within eyeshot. My car was done shortly thereafter and completed within twenty minutes of pulling into the bay. While there I used the bathroom and they were clean, but lacking paper towels or any way to dry your hands. There was also a small refrigerator with free bottled water for customers."
