"The Uptown store people couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating! The TiresPlus corporate website is totally screwed up. It showed an opening for an appointment on December 11 so I clicked on that and it sent me an email saying they were going to confirm it. A few minutes later I got an email back saying they'd booked an appointment for December 28! I called the Uptown store and they explained that the corporate website didn't really know what was going on and couldn't accommodate their staffing schedule. That said, he told me that if I left the car there, he'd fit my work in when they had time. That's exactly what they did and I had the car back that afternoon. They also called when there was a question about the work. I'd go back there again in a heartbeat!"

"I've relied on this tire and maintenance shop for the better part of 7 years. The former manager was incredibly supportive and a genuine delight. Lately though, I've noticed some changes that make me reconsider my loyalty. Online appointments seem to go unchecked, and more often than not, they appear understaffed. It gives off a vibe that they're no longer as invested in their customers. My recent experience was particularly frustrating. After identifying a minor tire leak, I stopped by one Friday to schedule a repair. They mentioned they were swamped that day but assured me that if I returned at 8a on Sunday, they'd attend to it promptly. Come Sunday, my car was declined service due to them being 'too busy', with the next available slot on Wednesday. This isn't an isolated incident, and navigating their service has become increasingly challenging."

"Had a freak accident this morning and got towed to this shop at 10AM. By 2PM Patrick and his team had a new tire on my car (extremely affordable), answered all my questions and were very friendly! I am super grateful for them! Will return here for all of my car needs."
