At least daily, I received updates on the progress of the repair, revisions to the original estimates if needed, and expected completion times. Follow up after the repair is also excellent - I received a text the day after, to ensure that no issues were encountered in the short term, and a live phone call about 3 days later to check that things were still running smoothly. "I’m a new BMW owner and took my 2013 X5 to ABR after the heater wasn’t getting hot on the first cold day in Houston. Unfortunately, the issue was pre-existing to the time I purchased the vehicle, so the extended warranty would not have covered the repair. That said, ABR was incredibly professional and very transparent with the warranty process and potential outcomes of the diagnosis. They also indicated they’ll work with the warranty company on anything that may arise in the future. Great communication throughout the diagnosis process and I like the approval process via text/web for repairs. Before signing, I called just to make sure it was reading everything correctly. Integrity seems to be a foundational principal for this shop. Their lobby/waiting area is incredibly clean. Cleanest I’ve ever seen outside of dealerships. They have plenty of coffee and water available if you find yourself having to wait. I also appreciated the exterior wash of the vehicle once the repairs were completed. The inside of the vehicle had zero signs (or smells) that it had been in for service. Nothing irritates me more than my vehicle smelling like cigarettes or oil, after it’s done with service. ABR will be the only place that the X5 gets serviced! Thank you to an incredible team!"

"10/10 experience. From the second I walked into ABR Houston I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed. Was blown away from the professionalism and cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and immediately got me in to see exactly what was wrong with my car. I was prepared to be without my car for at least a week but was only without it for 2 1/2 days and on top of that, they gave me a loaner car! "*STOP, READ BEFORE SCROLLING * Firm believer of reading reviews before I go anywhere; all shopping, restaurants/grocery, and any service related needs. March 2023: I had taken my M6 to all major dealerships attempting to receive a diagnosis for the codes my car was reading out. A couple of thousand dollars later and months of time spent, I still was unable to have any success finding a shop that could return my M6 to its peak performance, let alone make it fully functional vehicle. JULY 2023: I decided to try a local shop before I went to another Houston/Greater Houston area Dealer…Enter ABR Houston: After scheduling an appointment, I visited the shop and toured their work area.
