The estimated price given by Adviser Allen was spot on with no surprises and about half the price of the dealer. I especially appreciated the constant progress updates and explanation of potential future services with no pressure that really felt as genuine information to consider. The technician also found a minor issue with one of the shocks and Allen gave a great explanation and advice on addressing with the dealer to get fixed before warranty expired. This was greatly appreciated and saved me a headache in the future, with no immediate incentive for this business.
